Right of Reply and Evaluation Contest

Effective July 5, 2026. English.

1. Who this channel is for

Filtro Digital publishes opinion-based evaluations — both the Filtro Digital's own and the community's — about WORKS (movies, series, games, books, and music). Scores are opinions accompanied by evidence, not factual verdicts.

If you are the party responsible for an evaluated work — for example the filmmaker, studio, author, publisher, or rights holder — and you believe a published evaluation is incorrect, unfair, or harmful to you, you have the right to CONTEST that evaluation and to SUBMIT a reply.

2. What this channel provides

A DOCUMENTED right-of-reply and contest process, handled by human review. It is not a channel for sanctions against users (the report button covers that) — it is the channel through which the party responsible for a WORK speaks to us directly.

On a well-founded contest, we may: (a) correct or annotate the evaluation where there is a demonstrable factual error; (b) attach an OFFICIAL REPLY from the responsible party to the work's page, clearly identified as such; and/or (c) keep the evaluation, explaining that it is protected opinion accompanied by evidence.

3. How to submit a contest or reply

Send an email to Filtro Digital's legal contact (see the "Contact" section at the end of this page, legal@filtrodigital.com.br), with the subject line "Right of Reply".

Include: (a) the work's identification and the exact URL of the page on the Service; (b) your identification and your relationship to the work (author, studio, publisher, rights holder, or authorized representative); (c) the specific point you contest; (d) the grounds for the contest and any evidence; and (e) the exact text of the official reply you want attached, if applicable.

Knowingly false statements or abusive takedown demands may result in liability under applicable law.

4. How we handle the request (human review)

Every request received opens a documented HUMAN-REVIEW TICKET. A human moderator examines the work, the contested evaluation, and the grounds submitted, and records the decision in our audit trail.

No contest is decided automatically. Human review is the same standard we apply to claims about named individuals (see the Moderation Policy).

5. Timeframe (SLA intent)

Our INTENT is to acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and to complete the review within 30 days of receiving a complete request. Complex cases may take longer, and we will tell you when that is the case.

This timeframe is a good-faith service goal, not a contractual guarantee, and does not replace any legal deadlines that may apply.

6. Relationship to other channels

If your request involves copyright infringement, also use the DMCA and Notice-and-Takedown Policy. If it involves personal data, see the Privacy Policy. This right-of-reply channel is specifically for contesting or replying to the EVALUATION of a work.

7. Contact

Contests and replies should be sent to Filtro Digital's legal contact:
