Nesses encontros todo tipo de coisa é trocada: alimentos agroecológicos, objetos confeccionados artesanalmente, causos, depoimentos. Os clubes instauram, de maneira sutil e resistente, modos auto-gestionados de circulação de bens que resistem à lógica dominante do capital mundial. A inclusão da solidariedade e do afeto nessas trocas fica evidente no nome de batismo da nova "moeda": o pinhão, alimento local significativo para a própria história dessas comunidades.
